Pictogram based care and action planning is the "few clicks and done" solution long awaited by care professionals, as everything is created automatically in the background using marked and classified pictograms (text descriptions, susceptibilities, care degree determination, action planning, prognosis/care goals). Template systems are provided to further accelerate the marking process.

1. HIS manufacturers (hospital information systems) and nursing documentation software manufacturers:

Our Story
Pictogram based care and action planning. Using marked and classified pictograms, the solution automatically creates text descriptions, action plans, identifies risks, makes prognoses/care goals and determines care levels.
Care and action planning are the basic elements of nursing activities. The Care Personal must identify and document the Care Problems and make an action Planning. Sounds simple but is not.
There is the same problem in hospitals and in retirement homes - it takes a long time, and it is complicated. It takes at least 40 minutes for one patient to write down the same thing several times in different forms.
In Germany, for example, in elderly care you first write everything in the text form by typing it in, then you identify the risks and describe them. Next, you open another form to determine the degree of care and enter the same information again for the health insurance company. Another form is there to define the care goals. When the nurse is satisfied with all this, she can start with action planning, which she must write or choose manually.
The whole story sounds terrifying, but I want to mention another thing: Not every nurse speaks the language on Native language level.

Template systems are provided to further accelerate the marking process. The nurse looks at the patient and chooses a template. The user can also create new templates. The system automatically fills out the pictograms, characteristically for the template, the nurse only needs to read them and change a couple if necessary. The logic behind that: it’s easier to change a couple of things than to write everything from zero.
Each pictogram and its classification carry information, so it is easy to automate everything. It is language-independent, as the user does not even have to speak the language. Pictograms understand everybody.
Simplified: Select a Template, change some pictograms, if necessary, read and confirm the created forms. Thats it. A few clicks and about 5 minutes.
Since pictograms are applicable to healthcare systems all over the world and everyone understands them, the global market is enormous.
Just in Germany there are more than 30000 outpatient and nursing homes and more than 1900 hospitals.
The Most important competitors use Dropdown menus and Dictation to create the Care Planning, but they don’t have Templates. They don’t do Texts, Risk identification or Care level determination.
My product would be a module, able to be implemented in existing Hospital IT Systems or Care documentation Software.
Currently I’m searching for an Investor to Found my startup. I’m the Inventor and it’s currently 100 Percent mine.
I have already registered it for German patent in February 2024.
In the first year I plan with product development and in the second year with sales.
My financing requirement for the first 2 years is 1.6 million euros.
If it comes to revenue I calculate with Exit or License sales on Software.
